Lift-Ticket GI JOE...
Lift Ticket is a character I got to know a little later on in my GI JOE collecting. But I've always liked his look. This was a 9x12 sketch, that took about an hour for good ole' Matt Lambie down in Australia. He's been waiting for this for a while now. Glad I could get this done for him.
